Pickup guidelines

Each individual item must weigh 500 pounds or less. Minor disassembly of a bed or table that takes under 15 minutes is included; extensive disassembly, demolition and tear-out are not. Appliances must already be disconnected and unmounted. We do not disconnect plumbing or hardwired electrical. Hazardous materials and unsafe contamination remain excluded. For items or homes with bed bugs, fleas, lice or other ectoparasites, contact JunkGurus before scheduling. These jobs require case-by-case management approval and a special estimate; do not book through the app before approval. Ordinary nonhazardous household chemicals are accepted only when safe to handle. Empty or fully dried paint cans are accepted only when safe to handle; wet or liquid paint is not accepted. Read the full legal terms.
