3. Our Services

JunkGurus provides a platform that connects customers requesting junk removal services with independent service providers (“Gurus”). JunkGurus is a technology platform and is not the direct provider of junk removal services unless otherwise stated.

4. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized account access.
  • Be responsible for all activities occurring under your account.

5. Booking Services

Customers may request services through the platform. Submitting a request does not guarantee service availability. Jobs are subject to Guru availability, pricing, scheduling, and confirmation.

6. Pricing and Payments

  • Prices are displayed before confirming a booking whenever possible.
  • Additional charges may apply if actual job conditions differ from the original request.
  • Payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment providers.
  • JunkGurus does not store your payment card information.

7. Guru Responsibilities

Gurus agree to:

  • Provide services professionally and safely.
  • Maintain any required licenses or insurance where applicable.
  • Provide accurate availability.
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate job information.
  • Ensure reasonable access to the service location.
  • Disclose hazardous or restricted materials before service.
  • Treat Gurus respectfully.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes.
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the platform.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
  • Upload malicious software or harmful content.
  • Provide false or misleading information.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, graphics, and materials available through JunkGurus are owned by Junk in the Truck, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

11. User Content

You retain ownership of photos and other content you upload. By uploading content, you grant JunkGurus a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and process such content solely for operating, improving, and supporting the Services.

12. Service Availability

We strive to maintain uninterrupted service but do not guarantee that the Services will always be available or error-free. We may suspend or modify portions of the Services at any time.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14. Limitation of Liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
